Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all XFORCE tags attached to ensure the return is eligible for processing.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
